So far this week I've:
1. Learned to talk a lot slower to my English Language Learners
2. Learned to use hand signals to a few English Language Learners
3. Learned to copy on a Spanish copier
4. Accepted that shit just won't work all the time, so get over it. Especially if you're really counting on it, yeah, don't count on it.
5. Fallen in love with my students.
6. Eaten about 20 tortillas and about a pound of beans.
7. Taken many showers in the candlelight. See #4.
8. Seen some underage undies in the boys' dorm on campus. Whoops! That sure was a detour.
9. Learned to appreciate coming home and relaxing.
10. Realized that growing means adjusting.
11. Loved laughing with new friends.
12. Been missing my fam and friends.
13. Been missing my car and jamming out to my ipod in my car.
14. Been thankful for all the things in my life and grateful for the experience to see as others live.
