eBay anxiety

I'm currently bidding on a purse on eBay. I haven't bid on anything in a loooong time. I forgot how obsessed I get with it. I'm sure everybody does. I keep checking it, and there's still a day and a half left on it. I also take it very personally. I am competing against these people. It's cut throat. Maybe I'm just weird. I sure do wish I was the one who came up with that idea, though. How did we live before eBay?
